We know the pain of spreadsheet chaos because we've lived it. SyncStay exists to eliminate the operational busywork that slows Shopify businesses down.
SyncStay started from a simple frustration. Working with suppliers meant exporting orders from Shopify, opening them in a spreadsheet, reformatting columns to match each supplier's requirements, and hoping nothing went wrong. Every supplier wanted something different. Every week, the same tedious process.
We built VendorFormat because we couldn't find a tool that solved this specific problem. The existing apps were powerful — but they were general-purpose export tools designed for reporting, analytics, and migrations. None of them were built for the one workflow that ate hours every week: getting order data into the format your supplier actually needs.
Our approach is different. We don't build Swiss Army knives. We build scalpels — purpose-built tools that solve one workflow completely. VendorFormat is the first. It won't be the last.

Specificity over generality
A tool that does one thing perfectly is more valuable than a tool that does everything okay.
Show, don't promise
Product quality speaks louder than marketing claims. We'd rather show you a live preview than tell you it's accurate.
Minutes, not hours
If setup takes longer than five minutes, we've built it wrong. Every feature should reduce your workload, not add to it.
Honest defaults
We won't dark-pattern you into upgrades. Free means free. Paid means clearly better. No tricks.
