Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using VendorFormat or the SyncStay website (syncstay.de), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Description of Service

VendorFormat is a Shopify application that allows merchants to export order data as CSV files formatted to match their suppliers' specifications. The service is provided "as is" and includes features such as automatic column detection, mapping, preview, and export.

Account and Access

  • You must have a valid Shopify store to install and use VendorFormat
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account
  • You agree to use VendorFormat in compliance with Shopify's Terms of Service

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use VendorFormat for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
  • Use the service to distribute malware or harmful content
  • Resell or redistribute VendorFormat without prior written consent

Data and Privacy

Your use of VendorFormat is also governed by our Privacy Policy. VendorFormat accesses your Shopify order data in read-only mode to generate CSV exports. We do not modify your store data.

Intellectual Property

VendorFormat, including its design, code, and documentation, is the intellectual property of SyncStay. Your CSV exports and store data remain your property.

Limitation of Liability

VendorFormat is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. SyncStay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages resulting from errors in CSV exports or data formatting.

You are responsible for reviewing exported data before sending it to suppliers.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of VendorFormat after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made.

Termination

You may stop using VendorFormat at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify store. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms.
